Ooki grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the extension for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
- Use the Service to synchronize cookies that you do not have the right to access or manage.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Ooki offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms provided at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the logo, brand, and software, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Ooki Project and its licensors.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." OOKI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OOKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
